Chris Estrada’s path into real estate began with real-life experience, not just training. After personally negotiating a land deal, he discovered a passion for helping others navigate the same process. Raised in a hardworking family and deeply involved in farming, Chris learned early the value of dedication, honesty, and relationships.

He worked alongside his father in the family business, gaining firsthand knowledge of land, property, and long-term investment. After his father passed, Chris transitioned fully into real estate, carrying forward the values and work ethic that shaped him. Today, with over 27 years of experience, he continues to serve families across Turlock and the Central Valley with the same commitment.

Chris’s journey into real estate didn’t begin in an office, it began in the fields. 

Before becoming a real estate professional, Chris spent much of his life working alongside his father in the farming industry. Together, they built a business rooted in discipline, perseverance, and a deep respect for land and opportunity.

Years ago, Chris and his father were looking to purchase a piece of property for their farming operation. Instead of going through traditional channels, Chris took initiative, he researched public records, reached out directly to the property owners, and successfully negotiated the deal himself.

That experience changed everything.
